Also, in response to no hidden info, turn based games, I'd suggest LeHavre and Caylus ( I think). Here are some from my iPad that work well turn based from one screen and no hidden info (not necessarily async, but definitely good for one screen pass and play): Puerto Rico Small World 2 Le Havre Sple...

I disagree Raindog. RTS games like Command and Conquer and Starcraft have a lot of strategic and tactical depth. You can only do so much at once and you have to make choices, and choose paths. So, there is meta-strategy. But there's also in-game strategy. "Ok so he appears to be going down that...

Age of Rivals is great. I emailed a suggestion to the developers though. And they are already working on it and it might be in the next update. (I suggested that they enable offline support. When I'm playing against the AI, there's no need to require a connection. The game can retrieve your account ...

Part of the fun/challenge of the game is keeping yourself organized when storage gets tight. And strategizing what your best next goal is. Should I work on more containers? unlocking recipes? Etc... So, in some ways it becomes a puzzle based of inventory management. haha. But yeah. I like it a lot. ...

I love this game. A little too much. I would open it, intending to play it 5 minutes and I'd play it for an hour. So I have been avoiding it for a little bit. Oh. And I don't think of this of a clicker game or an incremental game. Close to an incremental I guess. The game is good but sometimes it ca...

I'll just keep playing the digital CCG, in my opinion. Plants Vs Zombies: Heroes.

Tons of tactics and strategy.

It's a multi lane game. 5. 1 water. 1 high ground and 3 normal lanes.

It supports offline play.

Fun and easy card collection/progression.

I recently got the Witness and have also played Cosmic Express. Both turned me off a little early. I liked what I played but eventually I felt too constricted by the puzzles of both. Every once in a while it seems like they demand a 1 solution answer. And for me that tends to turn me off. In the Wit...
