I am enjoying Battlefleet - despite getting my butt handed to me as I get partway through the game.

Having tried both games - i realized i am not their target audiences. Neither really appealed to me. Pathfinder crashed for me while Twilight was just too tedious and ponderous. I still like and play Ascension.

Order of Battle for iOS?

I noticed that Slitherine now only shows Order of Battle as PC or Mac - they pulled off the iPad coming soon.

I expect this means that there is no iOS version coming out - anyone hear different or anything at all?

I was hoping for another grand strategy game in the vein of Panzer Corps for the iOS.

Re: Review: Hearts of Iron: War Stories

My perspective is a bit different than Sean's. I played through the free portion of the game when it came out but it did not grab me enough to want to buy the rest of it. I guess I am not their intended audience - as I do not care much for "book" games. I do keep hoping that Paradox will p...

ON soap-box mode And yet searching the App store remains a complete hit/miss mess. I wonder how many useful apps (including games) that I have missed because the App store is hard to search. Right now the App store caters to Whale App developers - so smaller independent developers get lost too easil...

Re: Review: Warhammer 40,000: Regicide

I am okay with it being rated at 2 by the reviewer - as he states that it may not be his kettle of fish (nor may he be the intended audience). What I appreciated out of the review was his description of the issues and why he felt they are limiting. I bought the game and am slowly playing my way thro...

A bit old - but like the others I had the same error and when I checked back it was back at full price. I consider that to be dirty pool - so they can enjoy their game as much as they want. I will not be trying or buying it (even if it does go free). They can consider me a lost customer and I am und...

I had the same error as the others. Wonder if it was a country thing (Apple Country BU) with the app stores.

Re: Shaking Your Head: It's Our New Release Post

Interesting about Regicide being released this past week.

I have been playing it for about 1 month already on my iPad - must have been a soft luanch in Canada ahead of global release OR was it just noticed recently?

I am enjoying it's take on things. Makes Chess a bit different. :)
