Re:

I bought Panthera when I saw it here because the listing didnt show any IAP and I do like to support premium games. However, they do have an IAP store with a special currency and power ups. Maybe it was added after you bought it, but both the iOS and Android store currently includes this in the des...

Rats, the Warbits price increased yesterday from $0.99 to $4.99.

That sucks. I was waiting for them to launch the update hoping there'd be a sale. Blinked at the wrong time. Unfortunately there's too much else out at the moment that I feel like gambling $5 on trying it.

Potion Explosion reduced today for a limited time at ??2.99!

How much was it originally? I saw the PT review said the price was rather weighty, but not sure of the actual cost at the time.

Re:

Is Quest mode stable or still rather glitchy? Unfortunately it's currently bugged for most folks. It was in a pretty good state for a while, then the week before Christmas they put out a content update (the last adventure chapter in campaign) that broke progression in many cases. They put in a quic...

Re: Reader’s Choice Game of the Year 2016: Pathfinder Adventures

They fixed most of the UI issues I had with it early on. There is a lot to grasp with the core concepts of the game itself (i.e. cards can be revealed, discarded, recharged, buried, or banished), but it's a very deep experience once you grasp the basics. Understandably that might not be everyone's c...

Yay! Pathfinder is definitely my #1 app in 2016 for the most logged hours. I've pretty much played every day since it came out, minus a dozen or so occasions where I was just too busy for gaming. I do hope they fix some of the bugs the last few updates have introduced, and get Quest mode back up and...

It's not the majority playing F2P games and spending little to no money that are propping up this bastardized model, it's the minority whales shelling out $200+ playing these games. There is an issue at the premium gaming end if not enough people buy games at full price, but I think that's partly bo...

I approach the issue quite differently. If I know an app hasn't been upgraded to be compatible with the latest version of iOS, my solution is not upgrade iOS. I'm still running an older version of 8.x on my iPad 4. As a long time user of Microsoft DOS/Windows, where backward compatibility and/or emu...

More Galaxy Trucker? Sweet, I'm in!

The GO games are both really good as well. Highly recommended to folks who haven't played them and enjoy puzzle games, especially on sale.

Every class got new cards, but it's pretty much accepted that Priest has been the weakest class for a while now. In a recent interview, the producer of Hearthstone said "as a priest player I embrace the underdog status". I think players were reasonably expecting that the new expansion woul...
