Home for the holidays. Pa Faraday and I watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy over the weekend and debated the terminal velocity of a Balrog, among other things. Ma Faraday continues her long-held practice of preparing meals apportioned for a regiment and looking bemused when it’s not all eaten in one go, much to Lady Faraday’s alarm.
It’s time to wrap things up for the year here on PT. There’s going to be content updates a couple of times a day on the site until the new year – posted automatically as I won’t be around much. It’s going to be a mix of reviews and features written in advance, plus some of my favourite interviews and guest posts from earlier in the year when the site’s readership was a lot smaller. If you’re a Pocket Tactics diehard who’s read all that stuff before – I’ll make it up to you in January.
Because scheduling updates in Facebook is such a faff, we’re only going to have links to new posts appearing on Twitter until we come back in the new year. So if you prefer to get your PT updates from our Facebook page – consider following the Twitter account or our RSS feed for a bit.
I’ve had a lot of fun and learned a lot in 2012, and I hope you have, too. Enjoy your holidays, and see you back here in 2013.
