Anime Royale tier list
Deciding on what units to utilize in this tower defense game can be make or break when it comes to creating a stalwart defense against waves of enemies. If you don’t have the right units, you can quickly become overwhelmed with bad guys, or you might not have enough power to take on the swarms right from the beginning.
To save you from this ill fate, we’ve brought together all of the best units in the game and ranked them based on the current meta. We’ve split the ranks into different categories, since some characters perform better depending on the situation. But don’t be too upset if you see your favorite unit rank low on the list, because ultimately it depends on what works best for your play style. This is purely based on the meta, but if you’ve got a certain unit down and you know how to be a menace to the swarms of enemies, we say go for it. But if you’re curious what the overall best tower units are, then we’ve got you covered.

How do I play Anime Royale?
Your first port of call, if you’re just starting out with Anime Royale, is to net yourself a good unit. You get 500 gems when you load up the game for the first time, this is the in-game currency used to summon units, and each summon costs 50 gems. So you get ten for free when you start. A decent starter unit tends to be Vegetable, based on the famous anime character Vegeta, as he’s pretty easy to get hold of in the early game.
Then, the aim of the game is to build a strong team that’s ready to take on hordes of enemies. The best way to do this is to level up your own character as well as your units since you’ll be able to unlock more features which in turn means your team will become stronger and better equipped to deal with difficult battles. The best way to boost your abilities and levels is to take on the Story mode.
By playing through the Story mode, you end up with even more gems, plus handy resources like Topaz and Beans that you can also use to upgrade your units. Once you’ve saved up a good amount of gems, you’re free to start spending them on some high-quality units, like Manara and Goku Black. This is where you can start to find your feet and discover which units you prefer to play with, and you can keep building the strength of your team until you can take on even the toughest of battles.
How do I perform an Anime Royale reroll?
In order to reroll for traits in Anime Royale, you’ll need to get your hands on the Trait Reroll resource. You can earn these simply by playing the game, whether you’re enjoying the story mode, raiding, rifts, or redeeming them with Anime Royale codes. Once you have Trait Rerolls, head to the Traits base in the main lobby, and you’ll be able to reroll traits for any unit in your roster.
That’s it for our Anime Royale tier list. For even more helpful tips and tricks, we also have a Dislyte tier list, an Anime Defenders tier list, and an Anime Fantasy tier list.
