To unlock new Anime Saga units, you need to head to the summoning station and use gems to roll for a character. The ones available rotate every hour on different banners, though to get your hands on some units, you need to take part in limited-time events. Our advice is to hoard your gems and not waste them on a banner that doesn't feature who you're after; just check back later.
How do I evolve Anime Saga units?
You can't evolve every unit, but if you visit the Super Mabu NPC, you can discover which ones are upgradeable and learn what materials you need to enhance them. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of work to get what you need, but considering how powerful evolved units are, it's worth the hassle.
What is the best Anime Saga unit?
Any of the units in rank S are worthy of the title 'best,' but we give a slight edge to Zoru. While Luffo doesn't match up to Luffy, Zoru definitely replicates the power of his anime counterpart.
