Turn-based tactical RPG Chaos Reborn is coming to iOS next month

Before Julian Gollop decided to take back turn-based tactics with his X-Com successor Phoenix Point, him and his team at Snapshot Games worked on a turn-based RPG titled Chaos Reborn. Officially released at the end of October in 2015, it was funded as part of a successful Kickstarter campaign before going into Steam Early Access for a bit.

Now with the help of developer Big Blue Bubble, Chaos Reborn is coming to iOS next month under the name Chaos Reborn: Adventures. It's currently in the new pre-order section if you want to throw your money at it now (iOS 11 only), and the price is $9.99. There are no IAPs currently listed on the store page.

If you're not familiar with the game, here's Adventure's official description from the website:

Defeat magical wizards in tactical turn-based combat in this spell-casting strategy RPG! Chaos Reborn: Adventures combines RPG-style turn-based combat with the tactical positioning of chess and the bluff of poker to create an entirely unique strategy game. Customize your wizard with 100s of gear items, spells, and mythical creatures to secure victory!

Big Blue Bubble have created a range of games, from the My Singing Monsters series to Pixel Dodgers and Zombie Bloxxx. There's no official information on an android version.

At the time of writing, Chaos Reborn: Adventures is due to release on September 12th.
