Blox Fruits’ Human is one of the starting races in the game and is by far the one you’re most likely to get when you first spawn into the game, meaning you’re likely to belong to the same group as most of the Straw Hats, like Luffy, Nami, Zoro, and Robin. However, as there’s still a fair chance you won’t automatically become human, let’s look at how else you can unlock this race and what abilities it grants you.
If you want to be like Jimbei, check out our Blox Fruits Shark guide to learn more about that starting race, and glance at our Blox Fruits Cyborg article to learn how to become part robot, just like Franky. We also have a Blox Fruits tier list in which we rank all of the fruits, though we also have Blox Fruits Kitsune, Blox Fruits Yeti, Blox Fruits Gas, and Blox Fruits Dough guides to give you a better look at them individually.
Here’s what you need to know about Blox Fruits Human:
What is the Blox Fruits Human race?
Human is one of the starting races in Blox Fruits, and with a rate of 62.5%, it’s by far the most common, but that doesn’t mean you’ll definitely get it, as you still have a chance of spawning as the Shark, Rabbit, and Blox Fruits Angel races. Humans are a great race if you want to cause some damage, but there are some drawbacks that we’ll get into a bit later.
How do I get the Blox Fruits Human race?
If you don’t spawn into the game as a Blox Fruits Human, you can try to reroll for it. You have a 33% chance of becoming human unless you’re a Cyborg, Ghoul, or Draco, in which case you have a 25% chance of unlocking the Human race. If you don’t have any rerolls, you have a couple of ways to get one:
- Buy one from the shop for 90 Robux
- Buy one from the tort for 3k fragments
- Buy one from the event shop or Death King
- Check our Blox Fruits codes guide for some free rolls

Is the Blox Fruits Human race good?
The Blox Fruits Human race is fantastic if you want to go on the offense, as you get access to powerful combos that can even one-shot your opponents in PvP, and the damage you do only ever gets better. However, there’s a big caveat: your defenses are as stable as wet tissue paper.
If you’re happy to play as a glass cannon, we highly recommend you go after the Human race, especially if you can master dodging and move quickly on your feet. But just remember, for all the damage you can do, it takes significantly less to bring you down compared to races like Cyborg.
What are the Blox Fruits Human stages?
Like the other Blox Fruits races, Human has numerous stages, so let’s look at how you can unlock them:
Stage | How to unlock |
V2 | Complete the Colosseum Quest and then the Alchemist’s Quest |
V3 | You need to complete Arowe’s Quest by defeating Diamond, Fajita, and Jeremy |
V4 | Complete the Temple of Time puzzle and then do the Trial of Strength |
