How do I get more Chaos Zero Nightmare characters?
Chaos Zero Nightmare is a gacha game, so it has different banners you can use currency on to get new characters. Every ten pulls, you get a four-star character, and every 70 pulls, you're guaranteed to get a five-star. Each pull costs 160 crystals, or you can transform them into Rescue Amplifiers or Anchors (single pulls) on the limited and standard banners, respectively.
You get a few characters for free during the story and as a reward for pre-registering. Here are the free characters you get:

- Mika
- Rei
- Amir - free as a pre-registration reward
- Tressa - guaranteed pull on the banner
How do I perform a Chaos Zero Nightmare reroll?
If you happen to pull a character you don't like or don't get on with their kit, you can always reroll your account. Thankfully, it's quite easy to do this in Chaos Zero. Simply follow these steps:
- Open Chaos Zero Nightmare - you can freely log in to an account here
- Watch the opening cutscenes and complete the tutorial
- Once you unlock the rescue feature, use your pulls and see who you get!
- If you're not happy with your characters, you can delete your data in-game and start again
- To do this, head to the settings menu in the bottom right, and choose the reset server option
- Then, repeat
