There were multiple Telephone Booths scattered around the battle royale game's island in the Galactic Battle update. However, as of Fortnite Super, they have been removed. However, these are the locations where they used to be available:

How do I use a Fortnite Telephone Booth?
To use a Fortnite Telephone Booth, you could walk up to it and press the interact button, and you could then exit it wearing a Stormtrooper disguise. Once this is complete, the Fortnite quest for 'using a Telephone Booth to don a disguise' would be done, and you would receive 30k XP in return.
While wearing the Stormtrooper disguise, all NPCs in First Order and Imperial areas would ignore you. Receiving damage can remove it, though.
