Re: <t>Review: Instanbul</t>

What's happened to the quality of this site? Not being able to correctly spell the name of a game (moreover a capital city) in the main title is pretty sloppy. And for it to be live for a few days is pretty shameful.

Although not my genre of choice, it shocks me to learn that no controller support has been added to the iOS version. With MfI support, I don’t see what this can’t compete with PC versions in terms of playability and competitiveness.

Fair review. It is fun and well executed but the progression is lacking and agree about the special tiles. They only seem to help map out your path to non bombage.

Excellent compilation. I could add many more (Space Grunts as a Starter for 10), but I understand these articles are moving beasts, which is a good thing! Edit: On reflection, perhaps Space Grunts would be better suited to the 'Turn Based' category, but don't ask me. I struggle with game categorisat...

Re: <t>Review: One Deck Dungeon</t>

Great review. I wasn’t familiar with the tabletop version, but it’s a brilliant game which I’ve been hooked on since purchasing. The price is a little punchy for what is a relatively simple game, but I can’t fault it.

Re:

I've never understood the logic of in-game ads. There are a ton of free ad-blockers in the App Store so you never have to see an ad, just experience a very brief pause whilst playing. And if doing this has indirectly made these companies think again, that's a reason to celebrate. My understanding w...
