Aw I was hoping for a nod towards Reforged/Solforge! Never mind, it seems to be updated regularly (every couple of months or so) and there's a new card balancing refit coming in October.

NB I'm not part of them, I just play it and like it :)

I think the new iteration of Solforge is worth a look too - Reforged I think it's called, pulled from the ashes by indy developers and kept going by a relatively small band of players. It'd appreciate the publicity too!

Re:

Terra Mystica would not have made my list because I found the tutorial to be not very helpful to someone who'd never played the board game (aka: Me). I think if you already know how to play, it's easier to figure out the app, but I regret the purchase, honestly. I know where you're coming from as I...

Oh that hadn't occurred to me Acedout. Latency isn't a deal at all, but perhaps we should all be thinking twice re security issues?

I've never understood the logic of in-game ads. There are a ton of free ad-blockers in the App Store so you never have to see an ad, just experience a very brief pause whilst playing.

And if doing this has indirectly made these companies think again, that's a reason to celebrate.

<t>Prison Architect has one of the best opening tutorial chapters I've ever come across - I'd not played it on Steam so apart from the buzz around this release, didn't know what to expect. My initial impressions are very very good. On a day off, I was glued to it for a good 2 hours.<br/> <br/> Howev...
