Re: Review: Neo Scavenger

I really like Neo Scavenger, played it on PC ages ago and when I saw it on the Out Now article I immediately bought it. I didn't even bother trying it, straight in to the IAP and paid my dues. The iPad is never going to stand up well to a PC when a game is ported like this, but that aside this is st...

Re:

clearly i must be mistaken. i rescind my original comment. good bye and good luck. Surely you should have the courage of your convictions to explain why you feel the article was racist? You've made your opinion felt with an inflammatory statement, been called out and politely asked by the author to...

Re: Last Warlock

Glad you picked it up Dave! I was also put off by the Minecraft clone look, but it's definitely not related - stands on it's own as a great little game. Really hope PT review it so the dev gets another trickle of downloads. He might make some more maps again :)

<t>We are preaching to the converted, but I have to agree - Dreamquest is one of the best mobile games I've ever played. It almost sits in it's own genre for me, the changing mechanics as you unlock more (just by playing and losing) are fantastic.<br/> <br/> Loved learning that his daughters did the...

Re: Matrix Games/Slitherine iOS Holiday Sale [Part II]

Hi Jeffy, I really like Legion, it's a bit like a simpler total war, with less control of the tactical battles - you set up where your units are, and then the thing executes, you watch and hope. If you enjoy the city builder aspects of improving your towns, expanding and taking over other regions, i...

Re: Last Warlock

Thanks Joe, it was PT that put me onto it after all. If you are ever stuck for a new game to review (ahah) then please give this one to someone, I feel it deserves the gaze of PT!

Last Warlock

I've tried searching the forum and main site, but can't find anything about this one, although I'm fairly sure I picked it up on advice from here. I absolutely love it, really great game and sadly not been much of a success for the dev, who seems like a nice chap. Anyway, does anyone else play this ...

<t>I've been playing pretty much only this since the review and I'm loving it. Hadn't heard of it before the PT review.<br/> <br/> Once I've finished the expansion, which weirdly looks like a separate app, I may even go and buy the old version for my phone and play it again. On the older version the...
