What are your thoughts comparing it to Sails of Glory. I read through the rules and some items seemed streamlined, but also limiting. The biggest thing that didn't seem obvious was how the movement compared between large and small ships.

<r>I would recommend One Page Rules (<URL url="https://onepagerules.com/">https://onepagerules.com/</URL>) as a solid collection of free miniatures rules for fantasy and 40k with full army lists. They also recently re-released their one off rule sets for green army men, car combat, deathball and oth...

Re: <t>Wargamer Weekly: A Question of Doctrine</t>

I have been playing Naval Action for a while in beta. A lot of the bad flak is warranted, but also comes from people who have been playing the game for 1000s of hours. I am not super serious and still have enjoyed the game. My opinion is that it can be quite flawed, but if you are interested in Napo...

<t>I do not understand the appeal of these games on mobile. Maybe because people don't have dedicated access to another platform? If I am going to spend a significant amount of time playing a multiplayer match, I want to do it on my PC or in front of my TV. That doesn't even factor in the nightmare ...

<t>I feel like this and Warbands have so much potential to emulate true miniature gaming, but both fall short. Warbands is definitely the more refined of the two and their mechanics mixed with Wartile's environment could be very enjoyable.<br/> <br/> Also as a former Warhammer player I'm always a li...

Well that's super lame. I was pretty excited about this coming out on android, but I'm not sure I really feel like grinding through building a warband again. I'm surprised they couldn't do a premium unlock IAP or something along those lines that would unlock account synchronization.

Isn't Axio Octa just the game Ingenious made more color-blind friendly?
I was about to say the same thing. Looked like a blatant rip off. But apparently there was some trademark battling and Axio is the new name for the game from the original developer.

I have no idea what this is in reference to.
It seems like some of the related links at the bottom of the page are getting constructed incorrectly. It will show a similar wargammer article, but then try to link to it using the pockettactics domain.
