Re: <t>The Weekender: Inc., Edition</t>

It took over a year and a half, but Ticket to Earth is really becoming the game we wanted at launch. The only thing wrong with it was length, and now these updates are fixing that while delivering the same unique and engaging package that was so fun from the very beginning. This one and Meteorfall h...

Re: <t>Pocket Tactics Presents: The Reader's Choice Game of the Year Award 2018 </t>

Very cool, I always enjoy seeing these. Going to make a dark horse run at that Wildcard nomination for my game Nuclear Powered Toaster; sure, it likely won't happen, but you miss 100% of the shots blah blah blah and so on. How will it work for games that come out this month, like Rebels Inc.? Would ...

Ditto for Darkest Dungeon. I was going to bite on it for iPhone when I saw it listed as Universal and only costing $.99, but it's nowhere to be found on the mobile iOS.

The last Weekender? I hope that just means for Nick and not period. This is literally my favorite part about Pocket Tactics. Getting new releases and sales in one area is incredibly helpful.

Re: <t>The App Store is Dead, Long Live the App Store</t>

Between this and that kick in the balls to a lot of small studios when they banned template apps last year, Apple kinda feels like the nerdy kid who suddenly became cool and doesn't have much interest in being associated with the other nerds who supported it back in the old days. They got their boos...

Hostage Negotiator is not on sale on iOS, or at least not as of now. Still $3.99.

Better than Dream Quest? You truck with heresy, sirrah.

I have heard good things about MS though, hoping it lives up to the hype.

Re: Pocket Tactics' Boxing Day Guide

Yeah, now that Ticket to Earth has updated, it both makes the game longer and makes it more likely they will continue to do so. So it is much easier to recommend it highly than it was at launch, when the fun gameplay and setting were marred by a high cost for little value.
