Re: WAR of Rights

Hey, War of Rights just hit Phase 2 of Alpha..A nice little FPS during the ACW. Any chance you all take a look at it ?
Hey AP! o7.

How has your experience with War of Rights been? I was just reading the article on Holdfast and wondered if WoR had a playerbase that actually worked together?

Nice review Bill. I would point out one aspect of the game that garnered some negative reviews on Steam was the lack of any multi-player capability. It appears to be player v AI only which is a shame really.

<t>I watched a demo of Legion at an HMGS show and the game play looked worthwhile. Having had great fun collecting and playing X-Wing I thought I might give it a go until I found out that, as you pictured the miniatures are not pre-painted unlike X-Wing or Armada. That was disappointing as the price...

On Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts - Yes they are putting updates in a section of the GL forums and just posted WIP shots of Pre-dreadnoughts yesterday. The game looks to be a realism oriented counter to WoWs for the grognards. Although players control a fleet of ships that they build rather than ind...

<t>I for one am looking forward to the move into downtown Lancaster. The Host is a wreck and the renovation/construction is moving at a glacial pace. Better not discuss the food which was almost non-existent and what they offered was horrible. I spoke with someone who actually tried breakfast in the...

<t>Bill there will be a bunch of TFL games at Historicon put on by the Lard America group. Not the WWI games rather mostly WWII, "Chain of Command", IABSM, and their new set "What a Tanker" (1:1 tank skirmishes). There is a designated set of tables in Distelfink for our games. I'll be running "Kiss ...

<t>So that's why registration was such a breeze!!<br/> <br/> I was hard pressed to find the progress in the Host renovation since Fall In. I'll give them a pass on the parking lot and the exterior due to the season. Hopefully we'll see something between now and Historicon. Looking forward to 2019 th...

<t>Looks great! I am with you. The eating establishments are much nicer downtown and you don't have to choose the hot dog stand or losing your parking spot to go eat!<br/> <br/> As for the hotel rooms I for one had not stayed in the Host for 10 years, so there is no reason (other than parking) to st...

<t>Possibly by sight as I have been going to HMGS events since the early 90s - I am often playing in the ADLG (previously FOG or Warhammer Ancients) tournaments. I believe I saw you stopping by the Two Fat Lardies games at Fall-In (Saturday). I am pretty sure I have played in an "Age of Eagles" game...
