The most relaxing games for iPad?

Mon Nov 28, 2016 7:27 pm

Hi, looking for the most chilled games for iPad.

Games with either an artistic input element, or ones where there is virtually no tapping, maybe just adjusting parameters to effect stuff. Like Plague?

Or godlike games where inhabitants just get on with stuff?

Cheers :D

Osmos is relaxing, especially on the easier levels. Although it can require some frantic tapping when you advance through the challenges.

Hm, most games that I know of are designed to create some amount of dramatic tension ;-)

Still, I have a few games that might qualify:

* English Country Tune (name has nothing to do with game)

* INKS

* Sailor's Dream

* Strata

* Zen Bound (there's a Zen Bound 2, also)

But maybe you should be thinking outside the box of "games" altogether. Naturespace, for instance, is about the most relaxing app I have on my iPad.

I find Monument Valley pretty relaxing, too. It may technically be a puzzle game, but most puzzles aren't difficult, and the atmosphere of the game is arguably its most important feature.
