Games bring us together or sometimes are just busted out to pass the time. Either way, some of the greatest things in life (*checks crib sheet of shmaltz*) are better shared.

Istanbul, Throuh the Ages and Indian Summer are the three getting the most 2-player iOS love in our house these days.

Onitama, what an amazing game, and it's free!. Very easy to learn, very hard to master. It should get more love!.

Tides of Time is only 2-player if you want to pass your phone back and forth. Does it fit the list? Sure. But I'm really grump about how obnoxiously barebones it is that I wish it weren't featured here. The underlying app is good; the multiplayer is abysmal.

Fair shout - I'll mark it for potential rotation for the next time we run the update. Speaking from personal experience with the physical game I don't think I'd ever want to actually play it in any other way besides pass-and-play, but that's just me.

No love for Twilight Struggle? One of the best digital ports ever?

I mean, I guess - but it's not exactly the easiest game to get into so we're trying to go for a breadth of interests and levels of complexity. I can throw it a mention though for sure but I'm worried we're just replicating the board game list as it is right now.

At this point, the Neuroshima Hex App is a broken dumpster fire, which is a shame because the game is excellent.

Overall a great list, though. Santorini is a fantastic app; I wish so badly it was asynchronous. Same with Onitaam.
