Whispers of the Old Gods available in North America

Tue Apr 26, 2016 6:30 pm

You have to wonder why the Old Gods aren't more communicative. If they have something to say why not enunciate properly so there isn't any confusion about what you want?...

Those bastages not only now have denied us access to the "Gnomes vs. Goblins" expansion, but have caused my legitimately earned Old Murk-Eye to cease to exist. :-(

Old Murk Eye is a classic card, so it's unaffected. GvG cards are only excluded from Standard format, they're still fine in Wild and Arena. There's quite a few videos around that explain the new formats. Here's a good one from Polygon http://www.polygon.com/2016/2/2/1089565 ... er-formats

Hope this helps.

You'd think Murk would be unaffected, but no, if you gained him via completing your collection of Classic murlocs, you'll see he is now GONE from your collection.

Old Murk-Eye is a reward card (like Captain's Parrot) that is not part of the Classic set:

Old Murk-Eye is no longer playable in Standard, but he is not gone from your collection. Take off the standard filter in my collection and you will find him. Blizzard has not removed any cards from anyone's collection, they have nerfed some cards and removed many from play in Standard format.
