Ben Murch of Rodeo Games fame heads up new project and new development team

Tue May 10, 2016 4:42 pm

A while back there was some talk about Rodeo Games, developers of gems such as Warhammer Quest and Deathwatch: Tyranid Invasion, going the way of the dodo.

Anybody but me remember Furmins? Played a lot like this--it's a fun structure. You end up creating these absurd, complicated machines. It's not what I think of as a Rodeo game, but could be a worthwhile puzzler, anyway.

I was lucky enough to be invited to beta test the game and while obviously not a turn based game (genre which I adore, as I adored WHQ and Deathwatch) it's really damn good.
It's a clever puzzle game that requires some serious planning and coordination in the execution.
Very simple to understand, very hard to master and put it down.

A lot of elements are added bit by bit adding complexity and a lot of fun.

It's super polished too with awesome graphic and physics.

Keep an eye on this one!

Where do I find the trailers? Even on the developer's website I only see stills.

This looks like a lot of fun. Reminds me of the mouse trap game as a kid! Or that advert a while ago. The one I've completely forgotten, based in a large warehouse with a dominoes like sequence using car parts. I vaguely recal exhaust pipes and car doors. Am I going mad? Help!

Aren't they embedded at the end of the post?

Ah it's because I was using an Ad Blocker. Sorry PT. you're white listed now.
