How would you compare Stellaris' or Battlefleet Gothic Armada's combat to this?

I wouldn't compare them at all really. If memory serves me correctly in Stellaris combat is largely passive, while closer to an RTS in Battlefleet Gothic (which I'm ashamed to admit I've yet to play). Star Tactics combat is identical to Steambirds, which is why I make a big deal of it. You can play Steambirds here: http://steambirds.com/sbsurvival/

Hi

Will you compare this game with Star Hammer: The Vanguard Prophecy ?

They look very similar in term of WEGO system. Or is it much more simple in gameplay mechanics ?
