What’s the best Chasca build?
Chasca is a five-star character who uses a bow and the anemo element in Genshin Impact.
Rarity | ★★★★★ |
Element | Anemo |
Weapon | Bow |
Best weapon | Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage |
Substitute weapons | First Great Magic, Scion of the Blazing Sun |
Best artifact set | Obsidian Codex |
Artifact substitutes | Viridescent Venerer, Golden Troupe |
Main stats | Sands: Attack Goblet: Anemo damage bonus Circlet: Crit rate/damage |
Sub-stats | Attack, crit rate, crit damage, energy recharge |
Chasca, as a five-star, gets her own signature weapon. This is a five-star bow called the Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage which fits perfectly with her kit. She can absorb different elements and fire off damage corresponding to that, along with anemo – and plenty of swirl reactions.

We recommend farming a set of Obsidian Codex artifacts with an anemo damage-boosting goblet. Chasca can also safely use two-piece sets of Viridescent Venerer and Golden Troupe to bring up her anemo and skill-related damage. As a DPS, she scales off attack, so aim for this stat.
As for teammates, Chasca is similar to Wanderer in that she benefits from hydro, cryo, pyro, and electro teammates. We recommend sub-DPS and support units like Furina, Kuki, Raiden, Layla, and Xiangling to apply elements while Chasca remains on field that she can swirl.
What are the best weapons for Chasca?
Chasca’s best weapon is her five-star signature bow, the Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage. This increases her crit damage and gives her bonuses based on other party members, which is key due to her absorbing their elements during combat.

What are Chasca’s best team comps?
Chasca is a flexible DPS, but you do need to pair her with party members of other elements to allow her shells to perform to their best ability. Using her alongside pyro, hydro, cryo, and electro teammates is key.
We suggest a healer and/or a shielder, as she can take damage while aiming – Furina, Diona, Kuki Shinobu, and Layla are good options for this. Bennett is also a great choice for healing and buffs.
As for sub-DPS, Fischl, Xiangling, Shenhe, Furina, and Xingqiu are excellent teammates for Chasca.
What are Chasca’s skills?

Who is Genshin Impact’s Chasca?
Chasca has quite an interesting story – as a child, she was abandoned due to a disease, and adopted by Chuychu’s family. Chuychu is an NPC you can talk to during the Natlan archon quest. This led her to join the Flower-Feather Clan, where she helped sort out tribal disputes and was regarded as a peacekeeper by many.
She appears in the archon quest, as part of the war games team that heads to fight the abyss alongside Genshin Impact’s Kachina and Genshin Impact’s Iansan.
Chasca’s voice actors are Lauren Amante in English, Zhang Ruoyu in Chinese, Kaida Yuhko in Japanese, and Su-Hyeon in Korean.
