Genshin Impact's Escoffier released on May 7, 2025. Her debut banner took place during the first phase of the 5.6 Genshin Impact banners alongside the debut of the four-star Genshin Impact's Ifa and a rerun of Genshin Impact's Navia.
Who is Escoffier?
Escoffier is a five-star ousia-aligned cryo polearm wielder from Fontaine. She's the former head chef of Hotel Debord in the Court of Fontaine and an expert in "precision gastronomy".
Named for the French chef Auguste Escoffier, Genshin Impact's Escoffier is a famous gourmet chef who is renowned for deconstructing "Fontainian views on "flavor"." As well as her immense culinary skill, she's also known for her strict kitchen management.
According to Genshin Impact's Varesa, she often orders fruits from the Collective of Plenty in Natlan, sampling a few beforehand to ensure that they are up to scratch. If the quality is even a little bit off, she rejects the whole batch, but Varesa says this quality check means her cooking is "out of this world."
What is Escoffier's signature weapon?
Escoffier's signature weapon is the five-star polearm, Symphonist of Scents. Here's an overview of the weapon:

- Skill: increases attack. When the equipping character is off-field, their attack increases further. After initiating healing, the equipping character and the character(s) that have been healed obtain the "Sweet Echoes" effect, increasing their attack for three seconds. This effect can trigger even when the equipping character is off-field
Who are Escoffier's voice actors?
Escoffier's English voice actor is Emily Cass, who you may recognize as the voice of Wuthering Waves' Lumi. As for other languages, Cai Haiting voices Escoffier in Chinese, Sato Satomi in Japanese, and Son Jung-min in Korean.
