Genshin Impact's Flins released in update 6.0. He's a five-star character with his own banner and weapon, so get saving those gems. His banner is in the second half of the update, alongside a Yelan rerun.
Who is Flins?
Flins uses the electro element and a polearm weapon to deal damage with the lunar-charged reaction. He's a main DPS and works very well with Ineffa, Aino, and most off-field hydro or electro supports. In combat, he can change any electro-charged reactions to lunar-charged, so you don't have to have Ineffa in his team - though she will help.
We first saw him standing in a graveyard holding a lantern, and later fending off a mysterious force with lightning in a trailer. His design features long, greyish-blue hair and a long, dark jacket with silver coffin-shaped hangings. I don't know about you, but he's giving me spooky vibes.
His full name is Kyryll Chudomirovich Flins. Breaking it down, the 'ovich' ending likely means 'son of' Chudomir. This is also the pseudonym of a Bulgarian painter and writer, which may not mean much to us now, but given Hoyo's track record of borrowing historical names, it may have some significance to his character in the future.
Who are Flins' voice actors?
Usually, there's a list of cast members in each PV, but it seems to be missing this time, so we don't have any information about the Nod-Krai English cast right now. However, Hoyoverse has confirmed that Flins' other voices are Ma Zhengyang in Chinese, Nakamura Yūichi in Japanese, and Shin Yong-woo in Korean.
