Here's everything you need to know about Genshin Impact's Iansan:
Genshin Impact Iansan release date
Genshin Impact's Iansan released in version 5.5, on March 26, 2025. She appeared as a rate-up four-star on Genshin Impact's Varesa and Genshin Impact's Xianyun's banners.

Who is Iansan?
Iansan is a four-star electro polearm wielder. She is a personal trainer from Natlan's Collective of Plenty tribe, and she's taken part in several Pilgrimages in the past and is currently undefeated. We've known about Iansan's character design since 2020, when she appeared in the Teyvat Chapter Storyline Preview trailer, representing the nation of pyro.
Genshin Impact's Kachina asked Iansan to train her for the Pilgrimage, and she's extremely grateful for their time training together. Genshin Impact's Mualani, however, planned to follow suit but was scared off by how tired Kachina was after each session.
In terms of combat, she's an incredible attack buffer for a huge range of team comps, supporting the likes of Genshin Impact's Mavuika, Genshin Impact's Kinich, and Genshin Impact's Clorinde. She works in electro-based reaction teams, but her buffs scale based on her raw attack, so they can benefit practically any DPS.
Who are Iansan's voice actors?
Iansan's English voice actor is Katrina Salisbury and her Japanese voice provider is Ohashi Ayaka. Salisbury voiced a few characters in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, but has performed more frequently in live action media.
Ohashi, on the other hand, has a history of voicing idols in videogames, such as The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls' Uzuki Shimamura, Uma Musume Pretty Derby's Vodka, and Bang Dream's Sāya Yamabuki. Iansan's Chinese voice provider is Zhen Li, and her Korean voice actor is Lee Jae-hyeon.
