How do I make a Grow a Garden salad? Salad is one of the 12 recipes that you can cook up for Chris P. in the Cooking event in exchange for a bunch of tasty goodies. In this guide, we list all the different ingredients you need in order to make it.
The Grow a Garden Cooking event runs from Saturday, August 2 until Saturday, August 16. That means you've got plenty of time to hone your culinary skills and grab all those free Grow a Garden seed packs, Grow a Garden eggs, and other goodies - so let's get cooking.
It's not too tricky to make a Grow a Garden salad - you simply need to grab the right ingredients, throw them into the pot in Chris P.'s kitchen, and hit the 'cook' button. Once you've done that, you have to wait for the timer to count down and your food to be ready. If you use high-quality or large ingredients, the salad will take longer to cook, but it also means you're more likely to get better rewards.

After the timer is up and your food is ready, you can claim it from the pot. Take it over to Chris P. and ask him to "try this food I cooked up!". If he's satisfied with your offering, he'll give you some great goodies, from an exclusive Grow a Garden pet to tools and limited-edition Grow a Garden seed packs. Alternatively, if you use mutated ingredients, your salad may come out with a mutation, and you can give it to the Rat Connoisseur opposite Chris P. to claim a different selection of rewards.
Please note that there are loads of different ingredient combinations we've not tried yet, but we'll be sure to add any more confirmed options to this list later on. For now, you can use the ingredients below to whip up a salad for Chris P. - and hopefully get some great rewards in return!
