How do I make a Grow a Garden smoothie? Smoothies are one of the foods Chris P. can crave during the Cooking event, and if you manage to whip one up for him, you can get some neat rewards in return. In this guide, we teach you how to make legendary, mythical, divine, prismatic, and transcendent smoothies using a variety of different ingredients.

Once you've mastered these smoothie recipes, be sure to check out our other Grow a Garden Cooking event guides, where we teach you how to make a Grow a Garden salad, Grow a Garden burger, Grow a Garden sandwich, Grow a Garden pie, Grow a Garden waffle, and more.

To make a Grow a Garden smoothie, you simply need to grab the ingredients listed in the table below and throw them into the pot in Chris P.'s kitchen. After that, hit the 'cook' button to start the timer. The timer will take longer if you use larger or high-quality items, but you're also more likely to get better rewards.

Once the timer's up and your smoothie is ready, head over to the pot to claim it. Then, with the smoothie in your hand, talk to Chris P. and ask him to "try this food I cooked up!". If he's satisfied, he'll give you rewards, and you get even better rewards if he's currently craving a smoothie. The possible goodies you get vary from Grow a Garden seed packs and Grow a Garden mutation sprays to new Grow a Garden eggs and Grow a Garden pets.

Of course, with how many different crops there are in the game, there's bound to be a lot of combinations we've not tried yet. If we find any new smoothie recipes in the future, we'll be sure to add them to this list. But, in the meantime, you can use the options listed below to whip up a smoothie and snag those prizes.
