When was Honkai Star Rail Cyrene's release date?

Cyrene joined the Honkai Star Rail playable cast on November 5, 2025, during the first phase of version 3.7. Her Honkai Star Rail banner was a special one, as it ran from Wednesday, November 5, until Tuesday, December 16, 2025, spanning the entire 3.7 Honkai Star Rail update

Who is Cyrene?

Cyrene is a five-star ice character who walks the path of The Remembrance. Her path and element match exactly with Honkai Star Rail's Evernight, drawing even more parallels between March 7th and Cyrene's relationships with the Trailblazer. She'll likely fit well on a team with Evernight, too, as the latter's kit benefits from using a full team of Remembrance characters.

We already know that Cyrene and the Trailblazer's memosprite, Mem, are the same being, so despite not appearing much in her humanoid form during our journey in Amphoreus, she's actually been with us the whole time. Much like Honkai Star Rail's Phainon, who is an expy of the Honkai Impact character, Kevin Kaslana, Cyrene is Elysia's expy. Her NPC in-game appearance mimics Elysia's 'Miss Pink Elf♪' battlesuit, whereas the outfit depicted in her drip marketing is much closer to 'Herrscher of Human: Ego' Elysia.

Who are Cyrene's voice actors?

The Elysia connection comes through even more strongly when you look at Cyrene's voice actors. Both Yanning, her Chinese voice actor, and Inoue Marina, her Japanese voice actor, also voice Elysia in Honkai Impact 3rd. You might also recognize Inoue as the Japanese voice of Honkai Star Rail's Yanqing and the Cookie Run Kingdom character, White Lily Cookie. Yanning is also known for voicing Zenless Zone Zero's Anby.

Cyrene's English voice actor is Aiden Dawn, who also voices several Reverse: 1999 characters and Genshin Impact's Ronova. Jo Kyoung-i voices Cyrene in the Korean dub, and you might recognize her as the voice of Moose, Meteor, and Suzuran in Arknights.
