The best relic set for Feixiao is a full four-piece of The Wind Soaring Valorous, as this increases both her attack and ultimate damage. You could also use a two- or four-piece set of Ashblazing Grand Duke to increase her follow-up damage.

Who is Feixiao?
Feixiao is the Great General of the Seven Arbiter-Generals, the Merlin’s Claw of the Xianzhou Yaoqing, and is not to be trifled with. However, she prefers a title she gave herself – the Lacking General, as she lacks regrets, rivals, and worries.
She knows how to use many weapons and forms of martial arts, so is a formidable fighter to go up against. She’s afflicted by Moon Rage, which according to the lore of the Moon Rage Fang item, allows warriors to “exhibit incredible healing abilities” while shedding the blood of their enemies, and having ‘unbridled’ growth in their muscles. We, um, aren’t sure what this really means for Feixiao, either.
