What are the best teams for Mydei in Honkai Star Rail?
As a Chrysos Heir main DPS, Mydei's best team features his fellow Amphoreans - Cyrene, Tribbie, and Hyacine. Cyrene gives Mydei a significant crit damage boost and can remove any crowd control debuffs affecting him, while Tribbie increases all-type resistance penetration, and Hyacine can keep everyone alive. This is particularly important, as Mydei's entire kit uses his HP as a resource.
That being said, if you're F2P, Trailblazer (Remembrance), Pela, and Lynx can offer similar benefits, albeit to a lesser extent.

If you don't have Mydei's signature light cone, The Unreachable Side is a great five-star alternative. While it's technically also a limited light cone as Blade's signature, it has appeared on several rerun banners, and you can buy it from the Stellar Convergence store for four Light Cone Memory Shards.

The best relic set for Mydei is Scholar Lost in Erudition, paired with the Bone Collection's Serene Demesne planar ornaments.
A full set of Scholar Lost in Erudition gives Mydei an extra crit rate boost, but the four-piece benefit is the real star, increasing his skill and ultimate damage. If you're struggling to farm a full four-piece set, you can pair it with two pieces of Longevous Disciple, or use a full set of the latter for extra HP.
Bone Collection's Serene Demesne is fantastic for Mydei, increasing his max HP and crit damage, especially as you should easily be able to get his HP to over 5k with the right build. Rutilant Arena is a decent alternative if you're struggling, but Mydei really doesn't need that much crit rate, so he only really benefits from the attack and skill damage buffs.
