What are the best light cones for Rappa?

Unsurprisingly, Rappa’s signature light cone Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker is the best option for her as it’s specifically tailored to her kit. You want to go all-in on break effect with Rappa, and this light cone can help you get there, as well as increasing her speed and energy regeneration.

If you’re struggling to pull both Rappa and her light cone, you should consider the limited four-star cone After the Charmony Fall. It’s slightly easier to get and also increases her break effect and speed. While it’s not as good for break effect, Eternal Calculus is a solid five-star F2P option that massively boosts Rappa’s attack stat, which some of her skills scale with.

Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker Increases Rappa’s break effect by 60%. When entering battle, she immediately regenerates 30 energy. After Rappa uses her ultimate, she obtains “Raiton.” After using two basic attacks, it advances Rappa’s action by 50% and removes “Raiton.” After Rappa uses her ultimate, this resets “Raiton” Light cone event warp
After the Charmony Fall Increases Rappa’s break effect by 28%. After she uses her ultimate, it increases Rappa’s speed by 8%, lasting for two turns Light cone event warp
Eternal Calculus Increases Rappa’s attack by 8%. After using an attack, for each enemy target hit, additionally increases attack by 4%. This effect can stack up to five times and last until the next attack. If there are three or more enemy targets hit, Rappa’s speed increases by 8%, lasting for one turn Herta’s store

What are the best relics for Rappa?

As a break effect DPS, Rappa’s best relic set is four pieces of Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge. Its set bonuses massively increase her break effect and help her attacks to further ignore defense. If you can reach 250% break effect, which is likely, this set also increases the effectiveness of Super Break, which is perfect for her best team comps.

If you’re having trouble farming decent Iron Cavalry pieces, you can combine it with two pieces of Thief of Shooting Meteor instead, or simply run four-pieces of Thief. It’s easier to obtain and the four-piece set also helps with energy regeneration.

For planar ornaments, Rappa’s best set is undoubtedly Talia: Kingdom of Banditry. This once again boosts her break effect massively, especially as you’ll already be aiming for over 145 speed. Unlike Honkai Star Rail’s Firefly, Rappa can’t take full advantage of Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern’s bonus effect as she’s an imaginary unit rather than a fire unit, so she’s less likely to encounter fire-weak opponents.

Iron Cavalry Against the Scourge Two pieces equipped: increases break effect by 16%
Four pieces equipped: if Rappa’s break effect is 150% or higher, the break damage dealt to the enemy target ignores 10% of their defense. If Rappa’s break effect is 250% or higher, the Super Break damage dealt to the enemy target additionally ignores 15% of their defense
Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Cavalier in the Penacony Grant Theater
Thief of Shooting Meteor Two pieces equipped: increases break effect by 16%
Four pieces equipped: increases Rappa’s break effect by 16%. After Rappa inflicts weakness break on an enemy, she regenerates three energy
