Honkai Star Rail The Dahlia release date speculation
Cyrene releases on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. She arrives with the 3.8 HSR update, with her banner running alongside a rerun of HSR's Firefly.
Who is The Dahlia?
The Dahlia is a five-star fire character who walks the path of the Nihility. Her real name is Constance, and she was previously associated with the Annihilation Gang's Ever-Flame Mansion. This was, of course, before Honkai Star Rail's Acheron assassinated their leader and dissolved the group.
Honkai Star Rail's Duke Inferno, before his untimely death, described Constance as his "most ambitious and exceptional child," so if we're set to face her as an adversary, we should probably be worried. The Dahlia's introduction post says that burning the Ever-Flame Mansion erased "every fragment of her existence," so she could be looking to forge a new path for herself away from the Destruction and the Annihilation Gang.

Who are The Dahlia's voice actors?
The Dahlia shares voice actors with several existing Hoyoverse characters. Her English voice actor is Jennifer Losi, who also voices Genshin Impact's Ganyu. The Dahlia's Chinese voice actor, Ruan Congqing, is known for voicing Honkai Star Rail's Castorice, Genshin Impact's Charlotte, and Zenless Zone Zero's Miyabi.
Kim Do-hee voices both The Dahlia and Genshin Impact's Mualani in Korean. The Dahlia's Japanese voice actor is Sasaki Mikoi, who you might recognize as the voice of Eclipse from Brown Dust 2, or Hercule Barton in the various Milky Holmes anime series.
