    My son was waiting a very long time for this track, it finally arrived and it was easy to assemble. He was a little disappointed though when he found that the Question Mark Items in the last part of the track don't work. It doesn't matter whether we flip the switch on or off, nothing seems to work and those obstacles never pop out.I later checked some other reviews and a few other buyers also complained about the same thing. Not sure if it's a problem with a certain batch or it's the tracks from this specific supplier.Anyway, it's still fun to play with, just not exactly what he expected without all the promised features.

    My 4-year-old autistic son is obsessed with Mario Kart. We have purchased dozens of Hot Wheels Mario Kart cars and he loves them! For Christmas, all he wanted was this Rainbow Road track. Without fail, he has played with it every day since then. It is an amazing toy! The track is fairly easy to put together if you follow the instructions and the lights and sounds really enhance the experience. My only issue with it is how difficult it can be to take apart. Many pieces don't come apart without applying extra force, and I worry that they will break the more they are separated. Overall though, it is an amazing toy!

    I bought this for my son and he loved it. I will say that the sounds can be a bit loud but as long as they are using it in their room it's fine. It was larger than I thought. This is the toy my son plays with the most now. He even has the Mario kart circuit track set. He's never played with that one the way he does with this one. And what's amazing is he loves the King Boo character and this set come with that car. You can't find it any where else. It is relatively sturdy but my kids did fall on it and it broke apart but was easy to snap back in place. It is a bit pricey but luckily I got it much cheaper than I've ever seen it. It was a fantastic buy.

    Gave grandson the Hot Wheels Mario Kart Rainbow Road Raceway for his 5th birthday. It was easy to assemble, following instructions. Took less than 20 minutes to assemble. Track is sturdy and with the lighted starting gate and finish it was non-stop fun.
    Even the older kids left their iPads, tablets, cell phones and other electronic devices to play with this toy. He got a variety of Mario Hot Wheels cars to race on the track. There is some type of random device that will pop up and stop some of the cars just short of finish line that adds to the fun. I think it can be turned off but all the kids wanted it on, adding to the uncertainty of race results.
    The fastest car doesn't always win. Great play value.

    So, legit folks. It's a ramp. A big, colorful ramp. Really big. Bigger than I was expecting. It takes up a nice corner of the living room. Also, it makes noise. I wasn't expecting the noise for some reason and you can thank my five year old for pointing out that there was a place to put batteries. I WANT to be super annoyed with the fact that this is a $120 ramp. I WANT to tell you it's a colorful, noisey ramp and you shouldn't waste your money on a colorful, 2.5' tall ramp. HOWEVER. My kids adore this noisey colorful, ramp. ABSOLUTELY ADORE. I would say it's cause the 5 year old is easily amused, but his 8 year old brother is out there playing with it at this exact moment, and their 11 year old cousin is super jealous he can't take it home, so what can I say. Noisey, colorful ramps are totally where it's at. God help me. Sidenote, it only works with cars, bouncy balls won't stay on the track. Ask me how I know. Or don't. Probably best if you don't.

    In all seriousness, my main advice is to make sure you follow the directions setting it up, my ex-husband thought he didn't need the directions, and then I had to unscrew the top part to fix it because once snapped in, it wasn't meant to snap out. It would be much easier to just follow the directions to start with. Or, don't let the ex-husband set it up, your choice. Otherwise, it's very sturdy, very colorful, and made for two very happy little boys on Christmas!

    My thought is at that price it should of came with 5 cars one for each lane not just 2 cars..
    Plus this track is not capable with other hot wheel tracks..
    The color parts of the track don’t light up either..

    It is a large track so bare in mind that it will take up a fair bit of space wherever it is set up. Well built track and very easy to assemble.

    Yes it's expensive for what it is.... But if your kid is obsessed with hot wheels or Mario, the look on their face is worth every penny
