Blastoise's evolution

Blastoise is the final evolution of the gen one water starter. It starts as Squirtle, which evolves into Wartortle at level 16, before turning into Blastoise at level 36. Blastoise can also evolve into Mega Blastoise using a Mega Ring and a Blastoisinite, and it can become Gigantamax Blastoise if it has the Gigantamax Factor.
