During the summer of your first year in Pelican Town, you'll likely experience an odd phenomenon. The green rain event turns the town on its axis a little because everyone's plans change, and their routines differ from normal. This can make it a little difficult to keep track of where everyone is, especially if you're in the middle of a quest and you need to find them.
Evelyn, however, is quite easy to find on a green rainy day. You can find her chilling out in her kitchen, waiting out the storm.
