How do I forge The Forge Armor?

Luckily, forging in The Forge is pretty easy and is more or less the same process for weapons and armor. Just follow these steps:

  • Find the forge on one of The Forge's maps
  • Select armor
  • Drag in the ores you need for your recipe
  • Complete the minigames: pump the bellows, pour the hot metal into the mould, hammer the armor to shape it correctly and quench it to solidify the armor piece and reveal its form.

Thankfully, the game runs you through how to complete these minigames the first time that you create a weapon or piece or armor, so hopefully over time, you'll get slick and professional with it.

How do I enhance The Forge Armor?

Enhancing armor in The Forge is pretty simple. You want to head to the Enhancer, an NPC that can be found in all regions, thankfully. Tell him you're there to enhance your items, and select the piece of armor or weapon you want to upgrade. It'll cost you some essence and gold, so be prepared for that. It might be worth grabbing some The Forge codes, which can help you net some coins at no extra cost.

Tiny, Small, and Medium Essences drop from all kinds of enemies, so you should be able to get your hands on them with relative ease. From there, you'll have to be a bit lucky, as larger essences get a lot rarer and only drop from the toughest enemies in the game. Get your grind on!
