What are Type Soul raids?
Type Soul raids are events where each faction in the game can compete to earn points. Anyone can join them. The raids happen regularly, but can be hard to trigger if the server isn't populated. If there are enough players - at least 15 - then a raid will spawn around every 30 minutes.
There are different types of raids to take part in:
- Universal raids occur in the main world and grant rewards
- Karakura Town raids happen hourly in the town and give extra rewards
- The Capture the Flag raid requires a faction to capture three flags
- The goal of Conquest raids is to capture areas, similar to capture the flag
- The King of the Hill raid is another capture the flag, but with a singular area
- Team Deathmatch raids are won based on how many kills a faction gets
- The aim of Art of the Soul raids is to be the last faction alive, like a battle royale or deathmatch
- A Gladiators raid pits two players from each faction against another until one faction is left
It can be a little tricky to get into a raid - we suggest joining a Discord server or two to communicate with other players and see when raids are active. There have been reports that the timing system of raids going live is currently bugged, and the server list doesn't show active raids right now.
How do I get Type Soul raid points?
The simple answer is that you get raid points by winning a raid. Being in the winning faction will secure you the rewards on offer, including points. You can see the different raid types and their goals above.
What is the Type Soul raid shop?
You can find the raid shop in Karakura Town, but it can be tricky to locate. Here's a video showing the exact route:
In order to access it, you must have two or more raid wins already; you can't speak to the NPC running it otherwise. Once you access it, you can spend raid points to acquire items, including pills, essences, fragments, and boxes.
