Information about her is a little thin on the ground, but she uses the fusion element and has a really cool warrior-influenced design.

Wuthering Waves Lupa release date speculation
Lupa will likely release in the Wuthering Waves update 2.4. We can deduce this from Kuro's schedule of drip marketing characters, then releasing them in the version that comes after.
Who is Lupa?
Lupa is a five-star resonator who uses the fusion element and a broadblade weapon. She'll get her own signature weapon, which will be tailored to her kit and amplify her personal damage. Kuro is yet to confirm anything about her skills just yet, but she may work well with Brant, as he buffs fusion damage.
She's a brand new character to the story, and is introduced as a gladiator hailing from Septimont. You can see a silhouette of this new city-state in her splash art, and resonators will go there in future updates as Kuro Games adds more of Rinascita.
Who are Lupa's voice actors?
Kuro hasn't confirmed any of Lupa's voice actors just yet, as she hasn't appeared in any story or trailer. We'll update as soon as we know more.
