Wuthering Waves Phrolova release date
Phrolova released in Wuthering Waves version 2.5, on July 24, 2025. She had her own limited banner as a five-star character, as we predicted when she got drip marketing on the official social media accounts.
Who is Phrolova?
This upcoming resonator is a commanding blonde at the head of Fractsidus - sorry, not Wuthering Waves Scar, it's Phrolova. She's an enemy who's arranged tacet discord outbreaks since the very start of the game, with her coming to the forefront during the Rinascita chapters. It'll be interesting to see how it works with her being a playable ally.
Phrolova is a five-star character who uses the havoc element and a rectifier weapon type. She'll have her own signature weapon, Lethean Elegy, which will be her best option for builds. This will appear on a limited banner alongside her. It's a really fun design, and looks like a small violin.
Who are Phrolova's voice actors?
We've known about Phrolova's voice actors for a while now, given that her debut was so early in the game. In English, she's played by Rae Lim, known for roles in Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur's Gate 3, and Reverse: 1999. In Chinese, she's voiced by Zhang Qi, in Japanese, it's Saki Fujita, and in Korean, Choi Hari.
