Wuthering Waves Qiuyuan release date
Qiuyuan is released in the second half of version 2.7's Wuthering Waves update. He followed Galbrena in the Wuthering Waves banners and was up alongside a Zani rerun.
Who is Qiuyuan?
Wuthering Waves' latest husbando, Qiuyuan, is a five-star who uses the aero element and a sword. Like all limited five-star characters, he has a signature five-star sword - Emerland Sentence - tailored to his kit, and which very much looks the part, too.
Known as 'the lone wayfaring swordsman', he wanders the wilderness alone, training his skills and generally being a bit mysterious. We didn't really know a lot ahead of his release, as he hadn't appeared in the game before.
He seems like a chill guy with a cool aesthetic and moves, which include him playing a flute during his idle animation, drinking out of his flask, and sprinting along grey bamboo stalks. He might be my favorite Wuthering Waves character design so far, honestly, even better than my beloved pirate man, Wuthering Waves' Brant.
Who are Qiuyuan's voice actors?
Since his debut in the game, Qiuyuan's voice actors have now been confirmed. In English, he's voiced by Jeremy Ang Jones, and in Chinese, Gan Ziqi. His Japanese voice actor is Miki Shinichirō, and in Korean, he's played by Kim Min-ju.
