Roccia works best as a sub-dps for Wuthering Waves’ Camellya, but can slot into other havoc-based teams, too. She provides havoc damage multiplication and basic attack damage boost, so Encore and Rover can make use of her bonuses quite easily.
While we recommend Shorekeeper, Baizhi, and Verina in specific teams here, you can freely use whichever you prefer to keep your team healed.
