Since launch day three years ago, the popular MMORPG Dragon Raja has been giving fans a constant stream of new content to get excited about. Dragon Raja players have been treated to updates every three months, introducing gameplay changes, new classes, and further maps to explore. Alongside this, in-game events keep things moving, creating an ever-changing game state that never grows stale.
The more than 30 million fans who have downloaded Dragon Raja will have seen many changes come to the game in recent months. Now on September 6th, the immersive gaming adventure has yet another big reveal to keep things fresh, the launch of the 14th class – Yasai.
Inspired by Japanese ninjas, the Yasai class will launch alongside a new PvP mode, perfect for practicing with the new weapons and fighting styles on offer in the latest update. Read on for a rundown of the new features.
Yasai, the 14th class
Joining the other classes of Dragon Raja, the Yasai bring an air of mystery and precise attacks to the table. Able to wield powerful new weapons like the folding fan and Kunai, and dressed head-to-toe in traditional garb, the Yasai defeat enemies with incredible stealth and dexterity. Shroud yourself in mystery and choose the latest class in Dragon Raja, or pick one of the old favorites such as the Reaper, Puppeteer, Skateboarder, or Illusionist.
A new PvP mode
The latest update includes an all-new PvP mode called Phantom Tracking, which introduces a whole new dynamic to combat within the game. Phantom Tracking is totally unlike the more traditional PvP modes you may have played before and compliments the silent and shady nature of the Yasai. The game mode allows you to choose between two camps – pursuers and pretenders. Pursuers then search for pretenders, capturing them and revealing their location, as the pretenders interact with special objects to make themselves vanish or veil them in a cunning disguise.
To continue the third-anniversary celebrations even further, the Dragon Raja team has launched the Club Odyssey event, a perfect opportunity to dive into the social side of the game and its community. Returning players will be welcomed back with generous login rewards, and new players can find their feet with the opportunity to join in with solo and guild activities for cash prizes. This event includes the Ninja Cosplay Event, where fans can welcome the new Yasai class while expressing their creative side with fashionable get-ups (or fashion faux pas).
