Eggy Party is a smash hit in the Philippines, with some adding it to their lists of the best mobile multiplayer games, so we’ve been wondering when the rest of us can get our hands on it. Luckily, NetEase Games has announced an Eggy Party beta for select regions outside of the Philippines, alongside all the details of the new season.
In case you don’t know already, Eggy Party is a multiplayer mobile game where you compete against other players – or Eggies – in elimination minigames on cute and colorful stages. You can customize your Eggy with a huge range of unique costumes, some of which are eggstra cute. There’s also a creator mode that lets you build your own stages and have your friends test them out.
This new season is called Take the Cake and, as you might guess, it’s entirely themed around desserts. Yum! Ten sweets-themed maps are joining the rotation including the perilous Candy Mountain that you must scale, and the Dessert Tray race full of obstacles to avoid. Of course, there are matching seasonal outfits to fit the theme that you can purchase with coins you earn by completing levels.
When is the Eggy Party beta?
Eggy Party’s global closed beta is available now until September 8, 2023, for Android users in the US and Brazil. We’re hoping that the beta expands soon so we can all get a taste of the action.
