You may not have heard of FAU-G yet, but you better believe that you’re about to. This military shooter, brought to you by Indian publisher nCore Games, garnered a whopping four million pre-registrations before launching, and has wracked up a huge number of downloads on Google Play since. Suffice to say, it’s huge despite only launching back in January 2021.
FAU-G: Fearless and United Guards, to go by its full title, takes place on the mountains by India’s border, and tasks you with joining the eponymous unit of commandos. FAU-G is charged with defending India’s borders from invaders, which involves a surprising amount of hand-to-hand combat. You can punch, kick, and stab with a wide variety of melee weapons thanks to the game’s flashy combat system.
You make your way from checkpoint to checkpoint, dispatching your foes, all while a timer ticks down. Take damage and you have to rest at a nearby bonfire to recover, which is quite a nify feature. Once the level is complete, you’ll gain a bunch of rewards.
But we’re not really here to talk about how FAU-G plays – we’re here to help you download it. We’ll also discuss the elusive iOS version, and provide any details we have regarding new updates.

FAU-G isn’t currently available on iOS, and nCore Games hasn’t announced that it’s on the way. We’ve reached out for comment, and will update this as soon as we learn more.
