Square Enix has announced the Life is Strange 2 Switch release date, making it the last instalment in the franchise to make the jump to the portable platform. It is available to preorder now on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Life is Strange 2 follows the Diaz brothers, Sean and Daniel, as they begin a life on the run from the police after Daniel’s telekinetic powers cause a traumatic incident. You play as 16-year-old Sean and it’s your job to look after not only Daniel’s wellbeing, but also shape how he and his powers grow.

Like the previous Life is Strange games, this story involves decisions that affect the outcome of the game’s ending. These decisions put you in Sean’s shoes as he tries his best to keep his younger brother safe, while still being a child himself.

When is the Life is Strange 2 Switch release date?

Life is Strange 2 releases on Nintendo Switch on February 2, 2023. Preorders on the Nintendo eShop are available now.
