Poco, the Xiaomi gaming-focused mobile subdivision, has revealed new additions to its X-series line of phones. The Poco X5 Pro 5G and X5 5G are both designed for Android gaming and come with AMOLED screens and upgraded specs.

The Poco X5 Pro 5G is the higher-end model, naturally, starting at £369/$300/€300, with an early bird price of £329/$250/€250 between February 6 and 13. It has a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 120hz refresh rate, alongside a Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset, alongside a 108MP camera, though it’s unclear if this is the same as its predecessor, which you can learn about in our Poco X4 Pro 5G review.

The mid-range offering, the Poco X5 5G, also has an AMOLED screen with a 120hz refresh rate, as well as the slower – but still fairly hefty for the price – Snapdragon 695 chipset. Still, it offers a 21-hour long-lasting battery and fast charging, so it’s not exactly skimping on features, at least by the looks of it.
