Shining Beyond tier list – the best characters in each class

We choose the best characters in each class in our Shining Beyond tier list

Our Shining Beyond tier list takes a slightly different tact to the myriad other tier lists on Pocket Tactics for one primary reason: there isn’t an awful lot to distinguish each of the heroes in their respective classes from a statistical perspective. They’re all very similar in terms of power, with only cosmetics and skills proving the difference.

However, during our time with Shining Beyond we have settled on one particular character in each class trumping the others, and we’re going to highlight these four in this tier list. As a result of the manner in which Shining Beyond is structured, it won’t break down heroes into S, A, B, C, and D tiers, as it’s unnecessary and misleading.

Instead, we’ll highlight what we consider to be the best hero in each class, and then provide descriptions of the rest. Given that statistical advantage isn’t so much a thing in Shining Beyond, you can actually choose your favourite characters based on your own preferred playstyle, which is pretty novel. Let’s crack on with our Shining Beyond tier list.
