The start date for the Valentine’s and Festivale Animal Crossing: New Horizons event has been revealed, along with loads of details on what you can expect during the month of February. From January 28 you are able to download a free update to access the content, then the main event, Festivale, will take place on February 15.
From February 1 to 14 there will be a small Valentine’s celebration going on that allows you to purchase themed items such as chocolates and balloons from Nook’s Cranny. During this time there will also be smaller events featuring Groundhog Day and Superbowl-themed items.
As for the Festivale celebrations, from February 15 Pavé the flamboyant dancing peacock will be in the town square getting his groove on in exchange for different coloured feathers that you can catch around your island. You can also grab a brand new Viva Festival reaction set from Nook’s Cranny for a limited time, as well as fashion items from the Able Sisters’ shop.
You can check out Pavé the peacock in all his glory by watching the announcement video below.
