Is there a Bayonetta 3 trailer?

Nintendo showed a gameplay trailer for Bayonetta 3 which gave us a glimpse at Bayonetta’s updated design – including a new haircut reminiscent of a young Cereza – alongside new abilities and transformation. We saw Bayonetta closing multiple spiked coffins on enemies, unleashing the demon Azagogo, and controlling a giant tarantula demon using her new Demon Masquerade ability as well.

Is Bayonetta 3 on Nintendo Switch?

Bayonetta is a co-production between PlatinumGames and Nintendo, with Nintendo largely funding development costs. That means, just like Bayonetta 2, it’s almost certain that Bayonetta 3 will only be allowed on Nintendo platforms. It’s currently listed for the Nintendo Switch and nowhere else, and we expect it to stay that way.

Is Bayonetta 3 coming to PS4/PS5 or Xbox?

Much like with the answer above, almost certainly no. Nintendo paid to develop these games and is very well known for being strict with their IPs. While it allowed The Wonderful 101 to see release on other platforms, that was a very special case, and PlatinumGames had to negotiate with Nintendo to achieve this. Bayonetta is a very valuable IP for Nintendo, so we can’t imagine it will ever allow the games on other platforms.
