Cats & Soup has surprisingly teamed up for a holiday collaboration event with Snoopy, the classic Peanuts comic mascot, and his friend Woodstock, for a limited-time run of events and festive furnishings.
The game in question is an adorable idle game where you lovingly collect a clan of cats to help you make delicious dishes, using various facilities. Made by Neowiz, the mobile game has garnered some great success due to its appealing and accessible gameplay.
In the collaboration, you earn event tokens (in the form of cookies) via daily quests like cooking and selling food, and in a daily login event. This sweet currency can be exchanged for items like Snoopy costumes, themed furniture, or clothing for your cats.
It isn’t just your cats that can dress up, though – there are facility skins that will make it so Snoopy and Woodstock appear and interact with your cats while they chop ingredients or simmer a fresh batch of soup.
Three new seasonal packages are available, including the Cat Tower décor bundle, which has Snoopy-shaped dolls, and plenty of suitably festive furniture. These can be placed indoors to really spruce up your kitties’ dwellings for the holidays!
The Snoopy collaboration is active now and runs until January 18th, 2023, allowing you plenty of time to claim as many items and rewards as you can. We’re very excited, as events involving Peanuts characters are a rare sight outside some merch. The rights are rather protected, and Snoopy and his friends are not often seen in collaborations with games or any other media, for that matter.
